I can log in succesfully on my smartphone but when I try to access the EE site from my laptop I am not allowed too. I can log in&nbsp; and post to this comunity without any problem, so I am confused as I prefer to use my laptop with a proper keyboard. I suspect that the problem might be that for some unknown reason I get a prompted email ID with an initial capital letter and one with all lower case.&nbsp;<BR />I recently posted on another forum from my laptop and was asked to fill in a satisfation survay.
