The mobile app is rubbish! Can’t see my Mobile phone and pay as you go SIM. The pay online screen times out. Wanted to do a payment to do a simple top up and it took me 45 minutes (only managed to do a top up payment in the ap because someone in the community chat had shared a link to a payments screen that you can’t actually get to in the app from the Home Screen).

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
