&lt;P&gt;If you're facing issues with your online account, as a first port of call I'd recommend giving this a try from a different device, or trying a private browsing window, as this can rule out the possibility of a local issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Impossible to view Broadband Bill on online account.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;EE online broadband account is not fit for purpose.&amp;nbsp; Why is it so difficult to see my boradband bill online - all I ever get is blue/green circles going round and round ad infinitum. Does anyone else have this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
