    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just wondered why it won’t let me add another device to my EE account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have my phone and a watch on contract with EE but wanted to add another device. It won’t let me. I have no outstanding payments or anything like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;With our pay monthly contracts, all customers have an internal credit class that determines the number of lines they can have active on their account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is determined by your initial credit check, along with how you manage your account and payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;give our team a call&lt;/A&gt;, they'll be able to say for sure what you're entitled to, and in some instances we can send off a credit referral for adding extra lines, too.&lt;/P&gt;
