This ee app is diabolical!! I joined in march and it has not worked properly yet and broadband keeps going off and on and I paid for the best router!! Just a waste of money 🤬🤬🤬

They don’t care about my problems they just said I can leave!!! But I explained my problem when they asked me to join ee one and said they own open reach and they have more control over them!!! But that was lies!!! I even tried Vodafone 910 speed but the fastest I got was 320 and they said they would send me another router but they wouldn’t extend my 14 days or send next day delivery so I cancelled it!!! But nobody will listen to me the problem must be at the start of my connection!! Because 3 different companies have the same problems!! And it’s intermittent and they keep saying they can’t see a fault!! So ee tv adverts are faulse advertising!!! Because it’s not reliable and not the best technology!!! I’m so frustrated and disappointed with this service it’s a joke

I'm sorry to hear that you've not been able to get this resolved when you speak with our team. You can make a complaint if you aren't happy with the support you've been given, but you would need to try the options provided, such as a new router, so that the team are able to elimate possible causes.
