I want to delete my we account in the we website but I don’t know how please help me with this

Hi @mohammadkhan1,

Welcome to the EE Community

If you wish to delete your EEID which you use to login to the website and app, you can do this via the app. If you login, select the profile button in the top right, select Settings and Permissions and then select Delete your EE ID. Then read and agree to what it states and follow the steps.

You can also request this by giving our technical team a call.

So let me get this right, AlexH: I need to use the app (which I have not been able to access since joining ee, an issue which neither your technical support team or Complaints Team have been able to resolve, or I have to wait for at least 20 minutes in a queue calling your team or request a callback which is not made? Why can't you make it easy, like other websites? Provide a function within the website?

I am going to change to another provider as soon as I possibly can.

Just need to waste time deleting this account.

I am sorry that I ever signed up for ee.

If you're looking to delete your EE ID but aren't able to access your account through the EE app or online to do this, our customer support team will be able to help arrange this.
