This has been happening since I was moved to ee, and to be honest given that it’s both the website and the app which has been ongoing for months now, I’m very tempted to switch to another company! I’m not the only person that has had or still has this issue, it seems to be a very long ongoing problem with the company, and you’d think that at the very least customers can actually use the service! Anyway, does anyone know of a fix for this issue?
