    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve been unable to log into the app or website to view my bills for months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all I get when I try to log in are these:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_9987.png" style="width: 1290px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40759i78AF6248F12077E2/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_9987.png" alt="IMG_9987.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_9988.png" style="width: 1290px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40760iBE739DF4D5375B5F/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_9988.png" alt="IMG_9988.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve called up and spoken to someone about getting my bills emailed to me and got told that isn’t an option and if I want my bills sent it will have to be via post which will incur a fee for back dated bills for the past 6 months I haven’t been able to view them online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting really fed up and can’t wait to leave at the end of my contract the online services are the worst I’ve ever experienced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
