    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone having a similar issue?&amp;nbsp; When trying to connect my device on the app so I can manage my account, view my bills etc it comes up with an error saying "trouble linking device". I have spoken to EE about this and keep being told there is a known issue which is being worked on.&amp;nbsp; In the mean time, I do not have access to the TNT sport add on (not that big a deal) but more importantly I cannot see my bill and have to call 150 every month to get this.&amp;nbsp; Whenever I call I am just told this is something they are working on with no end result in site so just wondering if anyone else has faced this issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have face exactly the same issue. I swapped from a personal account to a Business account and can't link my phone. When I ring I get told exactly the same thing. This has now been going on for two months. Very annoying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
