      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried to upgrade my mobile the past 3 days. Every time I get&amp;nbsp;“Unable to connect to server error” when at last step of upgrading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No idea what the problem is. I don’t want to waste time at a store to get it sorted, and I don’t want to try and do it over the phone. Why is every interaction I have with your app an absolute struggle? .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
