Hi, is it possible to add an additional person to an account to enable them to manage the account on behalf of their elderly parent?

@SeanyOggEE : No, you can't have another person access your EE a/c w/out, obviously, giving them its creds. However the A/c Holder can call CS to appoint a 3rd-party to handle day-to-day aspects of their a/c over the phone with CS on their behalf. They will not be cleared to affect contractual matters, like cancellation or upgrades.
