Cant upgrade sim only plan online?

Im trying to upgrade my sim plan but whenever I log in and click the upgrade link, a message pops up saying I couldn't be logged in but im able to buy a new phone. I haven't actually been logged out my account though as im still able to.click on my profile and view it.

I'm sorry you are having trouble upgrading, this does seem to be a strange error to get if it isn't actually logging you out.

Does the same thing happen if you try another browser?
