My tv picture is constantly going off or picture is that distorted it's unwatchable. 😡

Welcome to the community.

I know how frustrating it would be to have this happening when you are trying to watch TV.

Do you have the EE TV Box Pro, EE TV Box Mini or Apple TV box?

If it is the EE TV Box Pro, is it connected to an aerial or by WiFi?

If it is connected by WiFi, how far away from the router is it?

I have both boxes 1 in living room & small box in bedroom both connected by WiFi and picture going off on both I'm beginning to wish I'd stayed with sky tv

How far away from the router are they @Mattrob53? If it is more than 5 metres, it may experience the symptoms you are seeing?

The router is on the same tv unit as ee box probably around 1 half to 2 feet away

If it is that close, I'd recommend giving our tech guides a call so they can have a look into this further and see what could be causing it to happen.
