Whe website has changed (again!) & I can't find out how to do it.

Choose the "Manage" tab and there's a drop-down list on the LHS of the page...

Thanks, when I could EVENTUALLY finish the sign-in process I found that the account had been closed! It's not a phone that sees much use. Moral:turn it on more often.
