This isn't really helpful but it's had issues for over 15 years.................but yes, i have pages not loading today.

Got on the website but app wont load, also cant send SMS messages. No live chat is very annoying

Welcome to the community,

Live chat is only available to customers on monthly mobile contracts, not pay as you go and you can find it via the app when clicking on help, so long as you have the latest version.

Have you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting the device and then reinstalling it? If that does not work, i would suggest ringing customer service and getting them to refresh your account.

As for sending SMS messages, if on pay as you go, are you able to make and receive calls?

Did you just port your number over from another network and if so when?
