I havnt been able to access my app for a number of days saying you are doing maintainence I left it last week thinking it was just that and would be back I have tried again tonight and getting the same message? Whats going on? I have deleted app reinstalled incase it was frozen on my device that has not helped?

Thanks for trying to delete and reinstall the EE app already, and I'm disappointed to hear you're no further forward yet.
Is your phone fully up to date with the latest software updates?
Are you able to access your main online account?

Can you let me know if this is happening on the EE app and through your main online account?
Is nothing loading, or are you seeing errors when trying to access your details?

I wasn’t able to access app or online however I have tried again this morning and it’s allowed me back on the app so the problem has been resolved thank you

So incredibly frustrating when attempting to manage broadband access for children and the app is once more undergoing maintenance. Beyond frustrating.

We regularly carry out maintenance to improve the performance of our app and website and I am sorry you were unable to manage the parental controls at the time.

The app and website should be working this morning, if you have any problems logging in today please let me know.

The EE app is the worst app I've ever used. I do not understand why they cant sort it out. EE's tech team must be able to fix it
