It seems impossible to get on the EE apt I have tried so many time, even been into the local EE shop & they couldn’t do it

Have you tried uninstalling it, rebooting, and then reinstalling it?

If that makes no difference, I would suggest ringing customer services and getting them to do an account refresh and then log in again, to see if that works.

Thanks I have tried that but no good, have contacted customer service & now sorted thank you
