    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have tried to access the app, which just either throws me back to the log in screen or tells me it's not my service isn't working right and to try later. I've cleared cache, removed and reloaded the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can sign into the website but it just says the billing info isn't available. I've been with EE for 2 years but now can't see my usage or billing, this has been going on for a couple of weeks. What am I doing wrong please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If this is happening with the app and logging into your EE account online, we will need to get this looked into for you. To do this, please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch with our technical support guides&lt;/A&gt; and they can check the details and see why you're unable to access the billing information and help get this sorted.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same issue for about a month now. Just going round in circles trying to login to app and just error messages when logging in online saying billing info unavailable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
