I'm looking at upgrading my phone but the website is clearly broken.

It's impossibel to get to the shop section for mobile phones. It slowly loads to a HUGE iphone advert but when you ant to navigate to the phone page, it re-directs to the 'what do you want to do today' page.

Well, I wouldn't mind browsing some phones but until you get your website sorted, that won't be happening.

This is happening on Chrome and Firefox.

Are you having the same issue when you try to upgrade via the app?

still the same now it's been like it for months doesn't matter what browser you use or clarting casche EE are useless
