Never ever have I come across such a dreadful app. I'm done with EE. Their loss, not mine!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with the app. Are you still having trouble today? Are you able to log into your account online?

the app is just a portal to your online account. It’s not a standalone app so if EE take accounts off-line to do any sort of maintenance it’ll affect the app.

this happens late at night/early morning when it will cause the least disruption to the vast majority of customers.
