Trying to end contract with ee, but they’re making it impossible! How do I do anything else? Please help

I'm sorry to hear that you're looking to leave us.

As @Northerner mentioned, you can cancel your contract by giving us a call, or if you'd like to take your number with you, you'd just need to text 'PAC' to 65075 from your phone.

A PAC allows you to take your old number with you when you change service providers. You'll be asked for your PAC when you want to transfer your number either to us from your old provider or from us to a new provider.

Once you’ve got it, it’s valid for 30 days.
