    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been getting&amp;nbsp; "Sorry, something went wrong on our end&amp;nbsp;We’re working to fix this. Please try again later." for over a year regardless of clearing cookies etc. Doesn't say much for the service if I cannot even view my options for transferring from BT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've been having this problem for over a year, it makes me think that it could be something related to the way that your account is set up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you speak with our Customer Support team on 150, they'll be able to help look into that and give you some information about transferring.&lt;/P&gt;
