Wifi controls just don't work

The wifi app is totally unusable. I was completely won over by the advert showing the ability to pause wifi on certain devices. This was exactly what I wanted for my family. 2 months in and I've managed to pause it about 3 times. The app just glitches or takes forever to load, or even just doesn't load. Utter waste of time. I'm still stuck with manually turning off the router.

EE please sort this out and yes, I have uninstall and reinstalled numerous times!!

I have exactly the same. It's awful. I joined ee for broadband precisely for the wifi controls and it just doesn't work. I tell my kids I'm pausing broadband so they need to get off and then I spend the next 30 mins trying to pause it!! I always end up having to just turn off the router which is what I was doing before. It's ridiculous.

@Bebeh Have you tried clearing the device history and cookies ? Delete the app first then clear history then redownload the app.

Hi @Chris_B , yes. Tried that. I currently have a call in with customer service and they said they are working on a solution so fingers crossed it gets sorted.

Did you manage to find a way around this?

I have removed the app, cleared cache, reinstalled app, paired with the router again via qr code and nothing works. They cant market a service then simply say, sorry we don't now why it doesn't work?
