When and how can I gift data to my family members accounts without the AAP working?

@MHO_786 if the app is down and accounts are down for Maintance then you cannot gift data. Account Maintance happens when it will cause the least disruption for the vast majority of customers. can you gift data now ?

Hi @MHO_786

If you're struggling to gift data through the app, please give Customer Service a call on 150 from your phone, where a guide will manually gift the data for you.
And while at it they'll also be able to have a look at the trouble you're facing with the app.
