Unable to view invoices

Trying to view invoices on desktop browser - have tried various browsers and clearing cache etc but keep getting this error;

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

Searching here seems to be a common issue?

Have you been able to view your invoices through your online account previously?
If you login through the EE app, do you see the same error?

It's odd that this would stop working suddenly, have you made any changes to your account recently?
Also is it the browser version of your account affected, the EE app, or both?

I moved to EE in January 2025. I tried to review my bill at a few occasions, from my mobile and my laptop. I never succeeded. Always the same error message "Sorry, something's gone wrong" which I shared wih EE and got no reply to.

As my billing seems odd and superior to what I signed for, I tried to look at my contract (in Manage my Plan). Guess what... "This service isn't working right now".

I truly question the service. I can't wait to change my mind and look forward to the 18 months left of this subscription.

Hi Team,

I ordered a pixel phone from Shop and I am unable to view the invoice for the order. Or is there any means to contact EE for the same, The phone line given has an answering machine which doesn't consider EE shop related queries at all.

Since the new website launch, its very unhelpful customer experience to even use EE Shop

EE is useless. I am self employed and used to be able to print invoices with the VAT number then EE for some unknown reason unrelated to HMRC stopped showing the VAT number unless you moved your contract to business but you would need a new number which I did not. But up until a couple of months ago I could print my invoice even without the VAT number but today nothing. Just a bill and when you click detailed you still do not get much. The service is good but their Admin is awful. I am sure some child has been developing the website not for the user but for themselves. So hopefully I have it wrong and if so could someone let me know.

I am sorry to hear you have not been able to print a bill breakdown.

Have you recently made any changes on your account?

Was there a reason why you would need to change your number to transfer over to a business account?
