      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has this option to contact EE this way been removed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried on the app and on the website but still cannot get the message us button to appear.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a way to email them instead?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The option should appear in the Help tab of the EE App, but only for Pay Monthly Mobile (contract) customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I and some others have reported this, as we do not have it either, tried uninstalling the app, rebooting and reinstalling the app to no avail, and yes on a pay monthly contract, not sure why this is still the same after months of reporting it, not that it matters to me, but it does for many customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
