      <title>Am I unique in being unable to log in to my account?</title>

      <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two years ago I cancelled my EE mobile account. It seems I didn't enter a date of birth. EE help tell me this can't be rectified unless I take out a new EE contract which I am not inclined to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just started an EE broadband account. No problem manually setting up my broadband service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I try and log in on the website or app to see my bill, manage my account etc., I get an error message saying my date of birth doesn't match.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have experience resolving this issue please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
