Change app number

Hello, I have the ee app on my phone. Unfortunately, I can't use it because I don't have the number I opened the app with. This is the number I don't have access to right now. I want to change my number in the app. I can't receive the code that is sent to me. Please, can you change my number for me to this number? I am an ee customer with this number. 07*********. Thank you.

Thanks for coming to the community.

When you login to the EE app, are you able to see the details for the old number?

If you are, can you scroll to the bottom of the home page to see if there is an option to link another number?
