    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a monthly plan with EE that includes 25gb data. However, at the start of this month, where my usage should have reset, the plan instead shows I have 0 data available to use. I am now without data and it’s extremely inconvenient. Can somebody advise on why this is happening please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you say it is saying you have no data to use, is that in the EE app?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has the data started working this morning?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you text AL to 150, what does the message that comes back show?&lt;/P&gt;
