&lt;P&gt;It's difficult for us to tell here in the community, as we don't have account access. I definitely recommend having a chat with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;technical support team&lt;/A&gt; so they can check everything from our end for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>We can't load this right now</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had EE mobile for some years and there was never a problem logging in.&amp;nbsp; Since migrating from BT Broadband to EE broadband the app no longer works; I get a message 'Sorry there seems to be a problem'.&amp;nbsp; I have uninstalled the app and reloaded it with the same result.&amp;nbsp; When trying to log into my&amp;nbsp; on the internet, I get the message 'We can't load this right now'.&amp;nbsp; However, on the internet there is a profile button and surprisingly this does take me into my account.&amp;nbsp; I have checked the 'link products' link on the profile page and this confirms that both my mobile and braadband are already linked, so this not the problem.&amp;nbsp; Can any help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
