Can't add items to basket?

Hi people,

Been trying to add a Macbook Air to my basket to buy since Friday afternoon but can't get it to add to my basket to order.

I've been in Wales camping so I was thinking it was signal, however i've got home and tried it on the mobile site, mobile app, and now my desktop PC and still can't make an order?

Anyone else having issues?

We don't want you to have any issues with your add to plan options, so I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they can get this added for you, as well as look at your account and see why you've been having these issues.

It’s happening to me too. Tried ringing up and they said they don’t know why it’s happening and they can’t do anything about it.

If yes, and your account is eligible have you been able to process this over the phone?

The lady on the phone just said how it’s the website isn’t working right and to just keep trying as she couldn’t add the MacBook to the basket herself.

Yes, I can add an iPhone and other things alright just seems to be the MacBook.

What MacBook and colour are you selecting?

It could be that this is out of stock.

I have been having the same issue trying to get the same product. Over 3 weeks now and still no luck
Covered all areas, attempted on smartphone, ipad and laptop. Different browsers, deleted cookies and history same issue. Spoken with EE and as always no help what so ever, first they tell me to try again later, have been for 3 weeks. Then they tell me the sales team can help to be told there nothing they can do and then they advise me to go into a store to process only to be told by 3 stores this can only be purchased online. Seems as if the staff don't know what they are doing themselves when you call EE.
Last call the advisor said themselves and the manager are able to process so unsure why I can't - Not helpful EE

Any other solution?

I can't seem to add anything to basket and called the team 3 times and have yet to have a possible resolution! Any suggestions? Tried cache and cookies. Alternatively browser and devices.. still doesn't work
