I've just tried on my iPhone and iPad and been able to download and view my mobile and broadband bills through Safari.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If clearing the cookies and cache doesn't help, I'd recommend sticking with Chrome so you do have access to view them.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you see any kind of error message when you try to view the bill?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser, and if the same thing happens, try another browser or device to see if the same thing happens.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to view the bill in both the EE app and on the website?&lt;/P&gt;

Peter from “Tech” suggested changing browser which I did and it worked.Still seems “glitchy” to me though.
