They gave me the Galaxy 7 watch, the earbuds pro. They sent a couple of links by text and you have to put the claim in via them links. Takes up to 45 days to arrive. If they didn’t send you the claim form site, I would get in touch with EE.

Welcome to the EE Community

Just to clarify when you say you have a 100% watch voucher, do you mean you are on a Essentials Plus, All Rounder or Full Works plan which come with unlimited watch data? So you already have the watch and are just looking to get the discounted data plan setup?

If you have you just recently setup the data plan for the watch after taking one of those plans, it does take 24-48 hours for the discount to then be added. Have you received a text about the discount being added after you did the setup?

If you have not set your data plan up yet, you would just setup the data plan via the watch app, it will ask you to login to your EE account and then purchase a plan which would then be discounted automatically after the 24-48 hours.
