&lt;P&gt;If you aren't able to link the accounts, the best option would be to give our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides a call&lt;/A&gt;, and they can view the accounts to see what the EE ID is for the broadband account and look to get them merged for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Boradband and mobile on two different accounts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just taken out broadband and TV to go with my mobiles, but the two accounts are not linked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried the option to link my new BB account number to my mobile account, but it's not working.&amp;nbsp; I have the BB account number and the email address that the BB was set up under, but I can't log in (it says that the password is wrong), and when I try to change the password it says that the EE ID doesn't exist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't really mind having two separate EE IDs for my products, but I would like to be able to access the BB and TV.&amp;nbsp; Could it be that the EE ID was set up a long while ago for an old PAYG mobile account (and I haven't logged in for a while) and it needs to be verified (which is something I can't do either)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be welcomed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
