&lt;P&gt;When you transfer a contract from someone else into your name, you'll get a new account number and would need to set up a new EE Online account, unless this was all set up when speaking with our support team.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It may be worth just giving us another quick call so that they can check the transfer and help you get fully set up on the new account.&lt;/P&gt;
