the EE App . I issue with the EE app I have Accessibility issue with my condition. I can’t read or spell very well and just wondering if this EE mobile board band app can support. Apple. Accessibility Access so I can access. Speak Screen an. Speak Selection. So it can read out loud on screen on my iPhone it would help me to speak to the EE guides over live chat in the EE app messaging app side of things. It would really help me and help other people that has a learning issues like me to get in touch of AEE guide. I have spoken to EE Guide and they told me that it’s no options for this on the end and I would like to make a complaint . about it and hopefully they can help me out with this issue. I also spoken to Apple and Apple side of things are working but it’s just the EE app it’s not working. With the Apple options. Apple advisor told me you can copy text then place it in the chat to read out the words and I’m still not happy about that option that should be like a option for pressing down on the text on the EE app. There is copy or cancel. No option for speak screen to read out loud on the EE app on mobile.

Hi @Luke-59

Welcome to the community.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience with this. We are always looking for new ways to make our digital content more accessible, and I think this is a great suggestion.

If you could head over to this Digital Accessibility page and hit the middle 'Help us improve' option, you'll be able to directly let our accessibility know the barrier that you faced and they will look into your suggestion to improve the service.
