Hey my app logged me out and asked me to sign in, now won’t show my app or my WiFi controls

Yes - but I now need to log out of my account where is the "log out" icon on my account

Hi @Peggy1948

If you're logged into your account on the website, just click on the person icon on the top right, which says "profile", and then scroll down to Log Out at the bottom.

Welcome to the EE Community

To log out of the EE website, first click your profile button in the top right. This will then take you to the profile page where there should be a logout button to log out of your account.

Wel that’s fine BUT there is NO LOGOUT at the bottom of the “My Profile Window"

@Lakeman Is the Logout button (as shown below) missing completely?

Can you close the browser page, clear your browser cookies and cache, reopen the page and check if your still logged in? If so please go back to the profile page and check for the button again?
