hi, I was trying use the message us service in the app and it’s not showing, has this service been removed?

The service is only for pay monthly customers not PAYG. Are you in the UK.

Can you not call CSon150.

@Kitalissy , has already been reported, as several of us are seeing this and EE are looking into this.
