      <description>&lt;P&gt;I never get to view my bill or check my contract because the app has never worked and I’ve been with you more than 2 years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I won’t go into the shop ever again because I had such terrible service and was lied to and conned by them when I took out my contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I don’t know how to get in touch to speak with anyone at EE. Why does the app not work on my phone?? It just says ….oops! Something went wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
