Need to change email address and can’t access emails for forgotten password

A family member has changed her email address and can’t access the old address. To be able to change the email for the EE account she needs to change her forgotten password. Any ideas how to do this if she can’t access her emails? Thanks in advance.

@DD433 The email service should have a forgotten password reset.
