    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to see the upgrade options for my partner's phone which is due to end soon, but all I get is this error option:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Clipboard01.jpg" style="width: 978px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/37845iB8E810B5CED79D96/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Clipboard01.jpg" alt="Clipboard01.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account is in excellent order and I've never had an issue, why is this happening please?&amp;nbsp; Come upgrade time if this is still happening, I'll be moving my services elsewhere with my money.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Upgrading online is how I like to do it, I don't wish to spend ages on a telephone like it's 1995!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried this on a couple of different devices to see if you get the same error message? If you have a VPN connected, please try without it enabled.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems was chance to have a sales pitch to me, which is really sad.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Due to nature of partner's contract I can't upgrade online until 30 days before end, but would have done it over phone while selling me other stuff.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
