Can someone tell me why i can see the apple airpod max’s on the ee store but when i log into my app to add them to plan they’re not showing, they were there a few days ago so wondering if they’re out of stock and if they are how long it usually takes to restock as i’m trying to get them for my holiday in 4 weeks. TIA

The EE Store website (store.ee.co.uk) and EE Shop available through your EE App (or on ee.co.uk) typically have entirely separate deals and stock as they operate separately to one another.

One is intended for outright sales to anyone regardless of being an EE Customer or not (EE Store), and the other is exclusively for EE Customers via their EE ID account (EE Shop).
