On the "Do more" dashboard, on the Top ups panel, the information says you can pay with Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. When I navigate to the Visit page and navigate through the payment process, it only presents my stored bank card.

Has anyone ever been able to navigate to the webpage or the part that presents the Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay options? Are there certain rules that apply to make use of these payment methods, e.g. being on SIMO/PAYM plan? Or if you have a stored bank card stored on the system, the system won't present these other, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay, payment options?

Hi @354-,

They should be available payment methods. Is it just a credit top up page you are going to or a monthly pack subscription you are testing setting up? If you have one registered it may just be defaulting to a registered card like you mention.

If you check the anonymous top up page do you get the Google/Apple pay option to pay? My EE - Make Anonymous Payment

@Alex_H - was able to generate a web page with GPay, not sure where the Apple pay should be, Paypal option doesn't seem to exist from what I can tell.

Nothing in the Help section for Paypal either. I recall some information description in a previous release of the Android app there was Paypal, I don't recall the exact version maybe 2-3 versions ago, from the existing, 5.58

@354- Thanks for checking, yes that is the correct way for Google Pay to appear on that page. Apple Pay would only be available on IOS devices, so that would depend if you are using one of those when going to the same page.

Double checking for Paypal, this is currently supported when making an outright purchase from the shop or paying an upfront cost but not for bill payments/top ups.

@Alex_H - Thanks for sharing this information about the Paypal payment method. I'm not sure how the system profiles the ApplePay vs GooglePay, at payment point, was using a computer on Windows, I guess it should of given both options at that point? As long as it is there! Thanks!
