Hi, I have a question about my EE account, I have a problem logging in and seeing details in the application and on the website?

Yes I connected. I simply can't log into my account in the app and I can't access any information about my account.

I can't even log in through the application, and I can't see anything on the website.
I provide my email, password, then there is verification with a code that comes to me via text message, when I provide the PIN, a problem appears

Call EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online account. You can then register again and hopefully it should work.

You'll need to go into an EE store then and ask for help.

There is no account access on these forums.
