      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry you're having the same problem.&amp;nbsp; It was resolved after a while for me.&amp;nbsp; I think it was probably the transfer of account details from BT to EE that was causing the delay.&amp;nbsp; It will get sorted for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
