EE ID has passport or DL

I scanned DL, front page is done then it says scan back side and boom it is hanged, I tried 9 times in last 3 days because after 3 attempts it will block you for 24 hours,

is there any email address I can send DL to have EE ID?

Can you please let us know what you're trying to do through your EE account?
Are you trying to make a purchase, and then it's asking for your ID?
Is this through the EE app or the main website?

Thanks for coming back to us @Rky.

We've tried this and this seems to be working okay.

Could you try deleting the EE App, reinstalling this, and try to create a verified ID again using mobile data.

Thanks, I deleted app, restarted iPhone, installed EE app again, tried again with mobile data and same issue; tried with wifi; same issue

This is now solved by installing app in another phone which is android and logging using same details and initiated the process

That’s interesting Raj. I’ve been trying a similar process in connection with a new car and both DL and PP via an iPhone, and it failed 3 times then locked me out. I’ll try using android. Thanks for the tip👍
