    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer and ordered a new phone . I have paid £30 upfront cost which was verified by my bank . I ordered it 5 hours ago and no confirmation email . I tried to do it yesterday too but as they said the amount was pending it did not go through . So now I have two lots of £30 pending and no confirmation of my order .... Help !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you actually checked your junk/spam folder?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It will remain pending until your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, but I would definitely check that nothing has come &amp;nbsp;via your junk/spam folder.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are concerned, you can ring customer service, press option 2 and you should then be put through to someone, see ways to ring them in my signature.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
