&lt;P&gt;They can bring up your account to see if they can resolve this, and if they can't, raise a ticket for it to be looked at by our back office teams.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll also be able to speak to our upgrades team over the phone to discuss your upgrade options.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Want to upgrade but won’t sign me in!</title>
