You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.

these mistakes should cause problems with my bank account

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check your details and change them, if needed.
