I want to change setting so kids can use internet while they are on holidays and the app is working so I can’t changed the time. It’s frustrating me.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble using the app. Please make sure you're using the latest software update, and if you're still having trouble try deleting and reinstalling the app.
